RE: RENOVATIONS AT THE ST. REGIS RESORT

I am pleased to inform that the St. Regis Resort has just completed a substantial renovation project, which makes our facilities the premier destination on Topsail Island. Our improvements include the following:

(1) The oceanside walls of all three buildings have been replaced with architecturally distinguished precast concrete panels which provide a bold new visual profile. In addition, new siding glass doors and windows have been installed in all units, as well as new patio railings. The courtyard or street side of all of our buildings have also been renovated.

(2) We have installed a new decorative pool deck, which accents renovations made to our outside pool. The pool side cabana, known as "Shaka Cabana", is now open with a menu offering a broad variety of items to suit your taste. 

(3) We have installed tropical landscaping throughout the property to enhance the resort feeling of our beautiful setting, as well as a new irrigation system.

(4) We have renovated the lobby in Building 2 with new furnishings and a tasteful decor, which includes a new granite counter to greet guests.

(5) We have installed a wireless internet system, which is free to residents and will allow you to use your laptop in your rooms, around the pool, or on the beach.

(6) We have enlarged the spa next to our indoor pool, which is open year round.

(7) New BBQ grills, picnic tables, and benches are available for your use and enjoyment.

(8) We have upgraded our cable TV system to provide higher signal quality and more channels. 
 

(9) Our exercise room features new or upgraded equipment.

(10) We have installed a new security system to monitor activities in public areas.

(11) We have a new key FOB system to provide access to common areas.

(12) New paint and carpet have been installed in Onslow Hall and Pender Hall, which are available for special events, such as conferences, weddings, and other special events.

(13) Virtually all of our public restrooms have been tastefully updated, and some have received new ceramic tile. We have also installed new ceramic tile in front of Building 1.

(14) New elevators have been installed in Building 2, and we have renovated or updated the elevators in Building 3 as well.

(15) The Speed Cafe is scheduled to open soon, which will offer a new menu, a new sports bar and an exciting new decor.

(16) The Atlantis Restaurant remains the finest restaurant with the best oceanside views on Topsail Island.

(17) We have opened a business center in Building 2, which provides a computer, fax machine, and copier for use by our owners and guests,
